We aim to despatch all authorised UK orders within 24 hours. International orders are shipped within 7 working days from receipt of your order.
UK delivery is £4.75.
Our European delivery includes "signed for" security, to ensure that your order arrives safely & quickly.
We charge £12.50 flat rate for European delivery
Northern Ireland & Ireland
We charge £10.00 for delivery to Ireland (including Republic of Ireland)
Our Worldwide delivery includes "signed for" security, to ensure that your order arrives safely & quickly. We charge £25 (up to two kilos) flat rate for Worldwide delivery.
Customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties. Please note this may involve a delay in the delivery of your item. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of all these additional charges if imposed.
A maximum of three pairs of jeans (or up to two kilos) are allowed per order outside of the E.U
We aim to despatch all authorised orders to the United Kingdom within 24 hours, and within 7 working days from the date of the order for overseas deliveries. Working days are Monday to Friday. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control which delay delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our couriers.
If your goods do not arrive when expected please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check progress with our couriers.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a returns form and simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please include the returns form along with your proof of purchase & ensure the goods are in perfect condition with all swing tags attached. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour if you prefer. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please accept that we are unable to refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. We reserve the right to charge a 4% handling fee for any refunds.
Important notice for international Customer returns.
Please mark the parcel very clearly as 'Returned Items' with a customs declaration sticker/label completed and clearly visible on the front of the package - we will be charged import taxes if this is not clearly stated. As a result, we reserve the right to pass any charges incurred onto the customer responsible.
