Launched in 1880 by three brothers the company is still family owned, some five generations later and has its home in Northampton known as the capital of shoemaking in the UK. The company uses the finest quality materials and manufacturing techniques to produce impeccable finishes that are very hard wearing. In recent years the company has expanded its collection to introduce contemporary models which sit alongside their range of more classic designs. The Loake design range heads up the contemporary shoe collection.
